Apply for a Playtester Kit

Hey, everyone. We are excited to announce the playtester kit program for Six Forms! Applying for a playtester kit does not guarantee access to the kit. We have a limited print run for the kits, and our vetting process centers around helping the game grow and gain awareness.

We want Six Forms to be a refined game, and with your support by playtesting a physical copy of the game, we can make it that much better.
