Official Six Forms Print-and-Play Decks Released

Access to the print-and-play version of Six Forms. Download the decks here. To use the print-and-play game:

• Print 1 copy of each deck (single-sided). 55 cards each.
• Cut the paper.
• Put the cards in any card sleeves you have around.
• Download the rule book (25 pages).
• Create a 4 by 4 grid of 4" by 4" zones (a board is not required, and the grid can be mental).
• Find some D6 dice. And 32 energy cubes (other cards, coins, etc.)
• Find a friend to play.
